This Barn-to-Residence conversion was originally performed by Lantz Construction in 1978 with upgrades and renovations performed in 2008. The project consisted of slab on grade construction, 40 windows, six new doors, four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Interior cattle trough (a major structural element) was also removed and replaced with beams, allowing the living/dining area to become one spacious room. A stone fireplace was also built on new outdoor porch to match two existing fireplaces.
Lantz Construction Company is committed to delivering its clients with high-quality construction results. We are a “Class A” general contractor licensed in Virginia and West Virginia specializing in commercial design-build construction.
